By accessing or using MicroFlow Enable (“the Platform”), operated by The Channel Sherpas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Your account is created and managed by your vendor organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify your vendor administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile details up to date.

All learning content (including videos, PDFs, and text) uploaded to the Platform by a vendor organisation remains the intellectual property of that vendor organisation. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of The Channel Sherpas. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the Platform without the express written consent of the respective owner.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Channel Sherpas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by your vendor organisation for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Your access to the Platform is contingent on your vendor organisation maintaining an active subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms or if your vendor organisation's subscription ends. Your vendor organisation may also deactivate your account at their discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
