Introduction

MicroFlow Enable (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a micro-learning platform operated by The Channel Sherpas. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our platform.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, company name, job role, and region (provided by your vendor organisation when creating your account)
• Learning activity: content views, completions, reactions, usefulness feedback, and progress through learning journeys
• Device information: push notification tokens (if you enable notifications), device type and operating system
• Usage data: login timestamps, feature usage patterns, and session information

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver learning content assigned to you by your vendor organisation
• To track your learning progress and provide completion status to your vendor
• To send you email notifications about new content, reminders, and announcements
• To send push notifications to your mobile device (with your permission)
• To generate aggregated analytics for your vendor organisation (individual responses are visible to your vendor admin)
• To improve and maintain the platform

Data Sharing

• Your learning activity and progress data is visible to the vendor organisation that manages your account
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We use the following service providers to operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery)
• These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements

Data Retention

• Your account data is retained for as long as your vendor organisation maintains an active subscription
• If your vendor deactivates your account, your personal data will be removed within 90 days
• Aggregated analytics data (not personally identifiable) may be retained indefinitely

Your Rights

• You can view your personal information in the Profile section of the app
• You can control notification preferences in the app settings
• You can request a copy of your personal data by contacting your vendor administrator or us directly
• You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at greg@microflowenablement.com
• If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Data Security

• All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Multi-tenant architecture ensures your data is isolated from other organisations
• Database-level security policies enforce access controls
• Regular security audits are conducted on the platform

Cookies and Local Storage

• We use essential cookies for authentication and session management
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies
• The mobile app stores authentication tokens securely on your device

Children's Privacy

MicroFlow Enable is a business platform and is not intended for use by children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
